I’m already paying for another tool. Should I wait?
No - if you’re on an annual contract elsewhere, send us your current invoice when you sign up before 31 July and we’ll credit your remaining months on Bloom, free. Up to 6 months. So you’re not paying for two tools at once.
CSV import for clients is on the roadmap. Until then, we’ll help you bring your client list over manually on a free setup call.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256, hosted in the EU on our own servers, and never shared with anyone. We’re ICO registered, UK GDPR compliant, and don’t run ads or sell data.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel in two clicks, any time. We keep your data available for 60 days so you can export everything you need. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no calls with a “retention specialist”.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Everything your clients do - booking, signing agreements, paying - happens through secure one-time links sent to their email. They don’t need to set up logins or remember passwords.
Does Bloom work on mobile?
Yes. Bloom is fully responsive and works well on your phone between sessions. A native app is on the roadmap, but many therapists get by perfectly well with the web version.
